After completing her studies in Construction Management and Real Estate, Marlous began her career in 2017 as a junior developer and worked for over four years as a project developer at a development contractor.
Marlous is ambitious and eager to learn, and she is therefore committed to continuously developing and challenging herself. She is flexible, has a strong sense of responsibility, and expects the same from the people she works with. Marlous has strong communication skills, enabling her to effectively connect clients and parties. Additionally, she is successful in aligning different perspectives, allowing everyone to work together towards a common goal.
