After working for several years as a senior project manager and Chief Creative Affairs, where her expertise in interior architecture and project management were combined, she has now chosen to focus further on project management at Parella. Her affinity for creating bespoke work comes in handy in both a literal and figurative sense, ensuring projects are completed within budget and set deadlines while meeting the client's wishes and needs.

Els prefers to be close to the client, allowing her to translate the client's thoughts into tangible office environments. This approach ensures that she not only answers the posed question but makes the question more concrete, the answer more decisive, and the result unparalleled and 'one of a kind.'
