After graduating in Commercial Economics, Duco has worked in various commercial roles in real estate. He gained extensive experience in tenant housing issues at both international firms like CBRE and Colliers, as well as local companies like BRiQ. Following this period, Duco applied his real estate knowledge at Desque as a New Business Manager, a national project design firm focused on sustainable office design. His network in real estate and among end-users was highly beneficial in this role. In 2024, Duco joined Parella as a real estate advisor.
