With his role as broker at Parella, he puts his bachelor's degree in Architecture and master's degree in Real Estate Management from TU Delft into practice. He prefers to apply his love of buildings by providing office users with a beautiful and new place that suits them and really works for them.
Koen has been active in the real estate industry since 2021. His previous experience in advising end users and developing workplace strategies makes him broadly applicable in housing projects.
