Roos gets her energy from organizing projects in a creative and dynamic environment. From kick-off through to delivery, she likes to keep a firm hand on the reins. By involving the client at the right moments and communicating transparently, she builds trust and ensures expectations stay clear.

An important part of that is guarding budget, planning, and quality. Roos enjoys translating design choices into their practical and financial implications and giving clear advice on this. At the same time, she has an eye for detail in execution. In her view, it's precisely those small details that can determine the overall quality experience.
