Hybrid working makes it possible to work from home for many tasks. Company culture determines whether teams actually do this. A high score on company culture indicates that working from home is common practice. But even then, the office can still be a better place to work. The home situation and facilities also need to be taken into account. The score here indicates whether the home workspace is more or less suitable for (prolonged) remote working.<\/p>\n<p>And when people do come into the office, what facilities are needed? What will happen to the occupancy rate (flex ratio), the number of workspaces, and the size of your office? By gaining insight into this, it becomes possible to determine what adjustments need to be made to the office environment.<\/p>\n<h3>Workplace Survey of the Netherlands<\/h3>\n<p>Below you will find an example of the survey results. In two weeks we will share the final results with you. Immediately after completing the survey, you will see the real-time interim standings. You will then find the average score of everyone who has participated. The top 3 reasons for coming into the office will also be shared with you. As soon as sufficient information is available, we will make breakdowns by department type, job function, or age, for example. We will keep you updated on this.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Percentage: the height indicates the possibility of working from home<\/li>\n<li>Motivation to work from home: indicates why colleagues prefer to work from home<\/li>\n<li>Motivation to come to the office: indicates why colleagues come into the office<\/li>\n<li>Simultaneity factor: indicates at which moments during the week the peak in occupancy is visible<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Workplace Survey for Your Organization<\/h3>\n<p>In addition to these general results, it is interesting to see how your own organization scores. Do your assumptions about the future behavior of your employees hold up? Is it in line with the average? Or are there differences within your company, or for specific teams? If you would like a workplace survey specifically for your own organization, please feel free to contact us. The tool will be tailored to your needs, you will have access to all collected data and, if desired, an analysis from a workplace perspective.
