Of het nu gaat om een samenvoeging van vestigingen, een aflopend huurcontract of een nieuwe manier van werken. Parella begeleidt haar opdrachtgevers van A tot Z, omdat wij beseffen dat huisvesting niet hun core business is, maar wel die van ons!\r\n\r\nSamen met je collega\u2019s van Workplace Consultancy en Projectmanagement help je je opdrachtgevers richting de beste oplossing voor de toekomstige huisvesting. Het gaat hierbij om het goed analyseren van de vraag en de doelen om dit vervolgens te kunnen vertalen naar de beste oplossing.\r\n\r\nAls Tenant Representation Consultant zul je zelfstandig projecten uitvoeren waarbij je het aanspreekpunt bent van de klant en verantwoordelijkheid hebt voor het project. Afhankelijk van de opdracht zul je bijvoorbeeld huisvestingsscenario\u2019s uitwerken, marktanalyses maken en commerci\u00eble en contractonderhandelingen voeren met gebouw eigenaren.\r\n\r\nWe zoeken iemand die (minimaal 3-5 jaar) werkervaring heeft en gelukkig wordt van de mix mens, omgeving, strategie &amp; transactie.\r\n<h2>Wat vinden wij belangrijk?<\/h2>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Afgeronde, relevante vastgoed gerelateerde opleiding op minimaal HBO- niveau;<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Minimaal 3-5 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring;<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift;<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Ervaring met Excel, Powerpoint is vereist;<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Ervaring met PowerBI is a nice to have;<\/li>\r\n \t<li>En dat je uiteraard een leuke collega bent!<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h2>Wat bieden wij?<\/h2>\r\nWij werken vanuit ons kantoor dichtbij de ZuidAs met een gedreven team momenteel bestaande uit 25 personen. De analyses die jij maakt en de huisvestingsadviezen \u2018stay or go\u2019 waar jij aan mee werkt, zullen worden opgevolgd en ondersteund door de collega\u2019s van Workplace Consultancy en Design &amp; Build.
