The conception & realisation
THNK is a global leadership institute focused on individuals and companies. Ten years ago, Parella had the honor of advising THNK on the housing of their first office in Amsterdam. Now, a decade later, Parella has again had the opportunity to advise on the housing strategy for their second office. Again, we focused on the technical and financial aspects, as well as the challenges related to obligations of the old location and the negotiations of the new office.
In addition, we focused on the negotiations for the new office. We actively explored the market, evaluated potential locations and conducted a thorough analysis to ensure that THNK would get the optimal space to suit their needs and budget. With our expertise and experience, we conducted successful negotiations and negotiated favorable terms for THNK.
