BearingPoint supports organizations with strategic challenges, digital transformation, and operational improvements. The decision to extend the office lease aligns with the ambition to continue operating from a high-quality, future-proof working environment. Engaging an independent commercial real estate advisor highlights the importance of objective and expert real estate advice.
The lease agreement covers approximately 895 m² of office space, including archive space and parking facilities. Parella acted as an independent tenant advisor and commercial real estate broker, guiding the entire process from analysis to negotiation. The office building is owned by BGV VI Holland 3 GmbH & Co. KG and is located near Amsterdam Bijlmer ArenA station, offering excellent accessibility by public transport as well as via the A2 and A9 motorways.
