BearingPoint B.V., an international management and technology consultancy, has extended its lease for approximately 895 m² of office space in the Alpha Tower in Amsterdam. Parella supported BearingPoint as an independent commercial real estate advisor and tenant representative, ensuring that the tenant’s interests remained central while securing the continuation of this long-term location.

The lease agreement covers approximately 895 m² of office space, including archive space and parking facilities. Parella acted as an independent tenant advisor and commercial real estate broker, guiding the entire process from analysis to negotiation. The office building is owned by BGV VI Holland 3 GmbH & Co. KG and is located near Amsterdam Bijlmer ArenA station, offering excellent accessibility by public transport as well as via the A2 and A9 motorways.
