Bas Enters
Director Design & Build
Bas believes that workspace is a means to achieve something else. He looks for the question behind the question and likes to work with the client to explore how the workspace can support end users in achieving the best possible results.
Bas is a people person. Putting people first is second nature to him. In the team he leads and in the projects he manages, he always keeps the people and their interests in mind. Bas enjoys complex challenges and brings calm and clarity.
With 20 years in the Design & Build industry, he has a wealth of experience. He started as a hands-on project manager, and in recent years he has led a range of teams and departments. Bas previously worked at DZAP, a leading Design & Build firm, and then became a partner in the PDS team at Cushman & Wakefield.
What Bas enjoys most is working for the end user. In 2026, Bas joined the Parella team, where he leads the Design & Build team.
