Eva Heesakker

After starting as a site manager, her role quickly developed into a combination of project and site management. A natural progression, given her structured and practical way of working, combined with a strong sense for the human side of projects.

With her social awareness and tact, she is able to easily put herself in other people’s shoes. She hears what is not always said and knows how to translate this into clear actions and solutions. This makes her a strong connecting link between the client and the execution teams.

In her day-to-day work, she ensures structure and oversight on site and adjusts projects where necessary. She switches quickly, closely monitors progress, and takes different perspectives into account in her decision-making, resulting in well-considered choices and smoothly executed projects.
