Mike Scholten

As implementation project manager, Mike works daily with great enthusiasm to successfully realize projects from start to finish. He enjoys taking responsibility and feels most in his element when he can create overview, connect people and ensure quality, both in the process and in the end result.

Within projects, Mike serves as a substantive point of contact and directs construction teams on site. He also monitors the planning, keeps a grip on deadlines and maintains close contact with clients during execution. Clear communication, short lines of communication and a practical approach are key. With energy and commitment he takes the initiative, thinks ahead and makes adjustments where necessary to ensure that projects run smoothly and efficiently.

In addition, Mike continuously works to improve processes, practices and technical standards. He believes in collaboration and knowledge sharing and enjoys working with internal and external interior architects, consultants and other interested parties to achieve the best results.

Mike's goal is always the same: to complete projects with enthusiasm and dedication that all parties can look back on with confidence and pride.
