Tjerk is an experienced housing consultant who guides organizations in strategic and spatial issues surrounding their work environment. With his broad experience in design & build projects, he knows how to realize functional, future-proof and pleasant workplaces. He began his career at DZAP, where he was involved in realizing design & build projects for a variety of clients. After the acquisition by Cushman & Wakefield, he continued his work within the same team, further deepening his experience in advising and guiding clients on complex housing issues.
With his background in design & build and his experience with office concepts, Tjerk knows how to bring the right people and disciplines together to realize each project smoothly and successfully. Within Parella he uses his knowledge and experience to guide clients in finding, designing and realizing the ideal working environment. Tjerk distinguishes himself by his combination of substantive knowledge, people orientation and eye for detail. For him it is not only about the end result, but also about the process towards it, in which cooperation, professionalism and trust are always central.
