The conception & realisation
Parella supported PQR across multiple phases of the accommodation process. Following earlier advisory work for their Amsterdam office, we also provided location advice and lease acquisition for Utrecht. More recently, we guided the renegotiation of lease and contractual terms, with a focus on continuity and flexibility.
Based on workplace consultancy, we developed a workplace concept that facilitates hybrid working. Through smart zoning, a clear balance was created between focus work, meetings, and interaction. Open workspaces with flexible desks are combined with well-equipped meeting facilities, aligned with daily working practices.
The Design & Build trajectory included both interior design and realization management. Wherever possible, existing elements were reused and adapted without compromising on quality or appearance. The result is a clean and professional interior that supports collaboration and productivity.
Throughout the entire process, Parella provided project management, maintaining strong control over planning, budget, and quality. From initial concept through to delivery, the project was managed in an integrated manner, resulting in an efficient execution and a carefully delivered end result.

Philips
Philips is an international technology company focused on health and innovation. In 2024, Philips engaged Parella (then operating as Solved) as corporate real estate advisor to support the search for a new global headquarters and to lead the lease negotiations.
The brief was clear: a future-proof office with large, light-filled floorplates that encourage collaboration and align with the organization’s ambitions.
