For Stichting CliniClowns, an organisation that provides support through humour and distraction to sick children, children with disabilities, and people with dementia, Parella realised the redesign of the office in Amersfoort. The brief was to transform the building into a future-ready meeting and working environment, with additional focus on training and video facilities due to the growing online interaction with children at home.

Parella provided full coordination of the project, from strategic decision-making through to final delivery. Through close collaboration between brokerage, workplace consultancy, and project management, a solid foundation was established for the new accommodation, including location advice and guidance on contractual decisions.

The workplace concept was developed with careful attention to routing and zoning, placing training spaces and video and call studios at the heart of the design. Acoustics and AV facilities were seamlessly integrated to optimally support online interaction. The interior and façade design, created by OOK Architecten, translated the CliniClowns brand values into a light, friendly, and human-centred environment.

In terms of materialisation, the focus was on calm and purity. Through reuse and the application of wood, felt, and steel, bespoke furniture in birch plywood, and generous amounts of daylight and greenery, a natural and warm atmosphere was created. These choices contribute to wellbeing and make the office inviting for employees, clowns, and visitors.

During execution, Parella safeguarded planning, budget, and quality, ensuring smooth collaboration between all parties involved. The result is a harmonious office that encourages connection, offers calm, and fully aligns with the way CliniClowns works today and into the future.

BearingPoint

― BearingPoint B.V., an international management and technology consultancy, has extended its lease for approximately 895 m² of office space in the Alpha Tower in Amsterdam. Parella supported BearingPoint as an independent commercial real estate advisor and tenant representative, ensuring that the tenant’s interests remained central while securing the continuation of this long-term location.

ZonMw

― For ZonMw, an organization that programs and funds research and innovation in health, care, and well-being, Parella supported the lease renegotiation and developed an initial workplace concept. The objective was to transform an outdated, closed office environment into a future-proof, sustainable, and hybrid working environment that aligns with the organization’s evolving way of working and growth.

Knab

― Voor Knab, een digitale bank uit Amsterdam, realiseerde Parella een eigentijds kantoorinterieur dat de kernwaarden van het merk zichtbaar maakt. De vraag was om een werkomgeving te creëren die openheid, positiviteit, betrokkenheid en ondernemerschap ondersteunt en stimuleert. Als kantoormakelaar en bedrijfsmakelaar vertaalde Parella deze ambities naar een toekomstbestendig kantoorontwerp waarin samenwerken, ontmoeten en focussen centraal staan.
