Since 2011, Erik has been a partner at Parella. Above all, he is an experienced advisor who enjoys applying his analytical skills to strategic real estate and accommodation challenges.
As a graduate in construction engineering, Erik worked for eight years at DTZ Zadelhoff in the Corporate Services department. There, he advised many national and international tenants on a wide range of real estate and accommodation projects. During his years as Global Real Estate Manager at the Dutch jeans brand G Star RAW, he also built extensive international real estate expertise.
During these years of professional experience, Erik discovered that advising different clients with diverse challenges gave him the greatest satisfaction. Since 2010, he has been doing this every day at Parella. He brings his experience from the client side into his current role as an independent advisor, enabling him to provide clients with well suited real estate advice.
